Trust in the international trade system is one of the key conditions, because the establishment of an international trade relationship is formed only in order to establish trusting relationships with officials, customers, employees and service providers. It has always been the case that traders around the world are concerned about working with foreign companies and foreigners, because in many cases they do not trust each other, and the point is that this distrust is not one-sided. As a result, many businessmen and economic activists consider this important issue, and even laws and considerations arise in this regard in order to deal with the violators in this regard.

“When we start a business in the international arena, the question often comes to us: ‘Does the foreign side tell the truth?’ Or “Will the outsider do what he says?” This type of uncertainty, which results from mistrust that creates suspicion and often leads to delays in decision-making, and in the worst case, causes a transaction to fall apart completely.

It should not be forgotten that trust in international trade is a precondition for professional conduct in financial dealings between the parties to a transaction, which unfortunately is sometimes overlooked by some violators of the treaty, who must deal explicitly with the legal actors.
